You could win a college, vocational
or technical school scholarship of $1,000
Darke Rural Electric invites you to participate in the 2009 Scholarship Contest. We will award six scholarships totaling $4,400 (2-$1,000, 2-$700, 2-$500) to graduating high school seniors whose parents are members of the co-op. The winners of the Darke Rural Electric contest will qualify to participate in the Ohio Rural Electric Co-ops scholarship contest and could win up to $2,625.

Every year when we check our meters we
find there are some meters that we don't
have access to. For safety purposes, we
must have access to every meter on the system.
If the meter at your location for one
reason or another is not accessible to Co-op
personnel, please call and let us help you to
determine the easiest way to move it. If
your location is on the list to have meters
checked and we can't get to it, you will be
receiving a letter on this matter.
