COUNTRY LIVING

Each month, the Cooperative communicates with the membership through the award winning Country Living magazine. It is Ohio's largest circulation monthly rural magazine. The statewide association, Ohio Rural electric Cooperatives, produces the master section. The center pages of the magazine are devoted exclusively to Darke Rural Electric Cooperative. It's the Cooperative's official newsletter and is a great way to find out what's new at the Cooperative. The newsletter often provides a feature story from one of its members and gives safety and energy-saving tips in addition to promoting its various marketing programs.

Every year when we check our meters we find there are some meters that we don’t have access to. For safety purposes, we must have access to every meter on the system. If the meter at your location for one reason or another is not accessible to Co-op personnel, please call and let us help you to determine the easiest way to move it. If your location is on the list to have meters checked and we can’t get to it, you will be receiving a letter on this matter.
