Application deadline
The deadline for Operation Round-up applications is June 1. Applications are available at the cooperative office.
These applications will be reviewed and considered at the meeting of the trust’s board of trustees, composed of members of the cooperative, separate from the Darke REC Board of Trustees.
Operation Round-up is a voluntary charitable program. Participating members’ monthly electric bills are rounded up to the next dollar, with the additional pennies deposited into a trust. The trust’s board of trustees oversees the application and allocation process.

Every year when we check our meters we
find there are some meters that we don't
have access to. For safety purposes, we
must have access to every meter on the system.
If the meter at your location for one
reason or another is not accessible to Co-op
personnel, please call and let us help you to
determine the easiest way to move it. If
your location is on the list to have meters
checked and we can't get to it, you will be
receiving a letter on this matter.
